Let me tell you a story...
Once upon a time, there lived a girl. She was very hardworking, goal-oriented, and made a successful career. She worked as an HR consultant for companies, people dreamed about, and helped those only starting their path to success. She tried doing everything right. Performed, managed projects, led a team, took challenges. And in the end…was tired, lost and feeling stuck.
Who knows what she did? The most common thing others do. Moved to another country and started a new life from scratch. The only problem was here. She brought there her old self.
You’ve understood this was my story, haven’t you? It might be no happy end in it. Only tons of chocolate and lakes of tears. I needed to find my new self, my passion, my path. And I decided to act. The language school, professional photography, traveling, baking, blogging, online business, touristic business, being a mom. I tried everything that was in my waiting list. It took me 3 years to come up with one unexpected idea…

All that time I was actually doing the same job I did before: helping and supporting others. But I couldn't call it a job. It was really unexpected to become aware that all my passion I was looking for was always with me. I just needed a little shift and a kind of tuning.
During all that time people referred to me for help. Some needed support and inspiration, others – concrete tools and steps to achieve their goals. And I was coaching. A lot.

Along my journey, I’ve become a Certified Professional Coach, nearly a graduate of the International Coach Academy. And I’m looking forward to getting accreditation from the International Coach Federation.
Most importantly, I’ve put my many years of consulting experience to work. I used my background in psychology and business to develop a system that can maximize a person’s potential and bring people to the next level. I’ll even get you started by giving you the tools on how to achieve this, step-by-step. My ACT Coaching Model gives you the clarity and is perfectly tuned to accomplish better carrier or inspiring leadership.

What I Believe
- Action is better, than delay. After an action we can analyse, improve, do it one more time. Without an action we can only dream.
- Every person has an incredible potential. Some have already started using it. Others haven't got even a clue how.
- Person's areas for development are not actually for development.They are for being awared and learn how to compensate. We can develop our strengths. That's what makes us unique.
- Finding a passion is turning what you love in what you do. But sometimes vice versa.
