Nick used to be always the best employee. He’s made an incredible career both in business and governmental organizations. He decided to move forward and started his own business. The dream of becoming a business owner and having freedom was his long-lasting passion.
He did everything right: found an idea, made a business plan, invited investors and partners, built a team and established the processes. But what he wasn’t aware of was that huge mental shift from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur.

Victoria was stuck.
She was successful, made an amazing career in Finance. She led a big department and ruled the corporate world. But she appeared to be stuck and lost. The interesting job gave nothing except boredom.
